You’ll receive your design for review. If you need any changes, simply let us know. We offer unlimited revisions on our Starter, Pro, and Agency plans to ensure your design meets your expectations perfectly.
Approve & Download
Once you’re happy with the final design, approve it and receive the original source files in multiple formats straight in your inbox for immediate use. Your designs are 100% yours!
How It Works
Your Designer
Your project manager will match you with a dedicated designer based on your project needs, style preferences, and business goals. Your designer will handle all your requests, ensuring consistency in design quality and brand alignment. If your designer is unavailable, another team member will step in to maintain seamless service. You will always work with the same designer unless they take a day off or leave the team. In a rare case, if you’re unhappy with your designer’s style, no problem, we’ll be happy to swap designers for you.
Teamwork
Design requires expertise across multiple fields. While your dedicated designer will handle most of your requests, more specialized tasks (such as illustrations, UI/UX design, or motion graphics) will be assigned to a team member with that specific skill set. Your designer will oversee the project to ensure consistency.
Project Manager
Your project manager ensures all tasks are clear, deadlines are met, and designs align with your expectations. They review briefs, prioritize tasks, and handle communication, allowing your designer to focus on creativity.
Communication
All communication is handled through email or project management tools like Asana or Trello (depending on your plan). This ensures everything is documented and organized for easy tracking in case you need to swap designers. We’re a fully remote team, so you won’t be able to voice/video call your designers as they may be working in different time zones. If you prefer, you can submit design briefs as text, images, or even short videos explaining your ideas.
Turnaround Time
Our typical turnaround times range from 1 to 2 business days. However, turnaround times tend to vary based on the clarity of your brief, complexity of the design request, and how fast you can provide feedback. Simple tasks like social media graphics or flyer designs are quick, but complex tasks like website designs can take a few days. You can always ask your project manager for an estimated timeline. We always prioritise quality over speed. So if you have an urgent request just let your project manager know and they’ll do their best to accommodate your request.
Simultaneous Projects
Designers work on one project at a time. Even in the Agency Plan, simultaneous projects are limited to maintain quality. If you need more capacity, additional simultaneous projects can be added to your plan with our Add-ons.
