From submitting design requests to project delivery, our design flow is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
Send Design Requests
There’s no limit to the number of design requests you can send. Describe your project vision, requirements, and goals in detail. Provide a few examples for reference to help your designer grasp your preferences and style.
Designers Get To Work
Our creative designers will work to bring your ideas to life. Each project undergoes a meticulous quality check before it is sent to you for review. We fine-tune the design with unlimited revisions until it’s just as you envisioned.
Rinse & Repeat
If you need changes, we’ll revise your designs as many times as you need till you’re 100% satisfied. Once you’re happy with your designs and give us your approval, you will receive your project’s source files in your inbox.
How It Works
Our process is designed to be straightforward and convenient, ensuring a seamless experience for you and your team.
Your Designer
Your project manager will match you with a designer who will handle all your design tasks. Your dedicated designer will be chosen to suit your project needs, design style, and preferences. If your designer needs a day off, their teammate will take over to ensure your designs get done on time. You will always work with the same designer unless they take a day off or leave the team. In a rare case, if you’re unhappy with your designers style, no problem, we’ll be happy to swap designers for you.
Teamwork
It’s impossible to find one designer who’s great at everything. Most designers are skilled at print design, while others are skilled at website design. That’s why designers work in teams with different skillsets. Let’s say you frequently request for print designs but need a custom illustration for a special campaign, your designer will ask their teammate who specialises in illustration to help. Your designer will oversee the task and ensure you always get the best designs.
Project Manager
Your project manager is responsible for ensuring your projects are clear and streamlined. They handle all behind-the-scenes tasks like reviewing design briefs, managing task priorities, overseeing task progress, and answering questions. While you do have an open line of communication with your design team, your project manager facilitates the communication on your behalf so your designer can focus on being creative. They are also responsible for quality control and look over your designer’s work to ensure you always get premium designs.
Communication
All communication runs through email so we can keep track of everything. Having everything logged in place is also important in case you need to swap designers. We’re a fully remote team, so you won’t be able to voice/video call your designers as they may be working in different time zones. Some of our clients like to send briefs in the form of a short video to explain what they want. Others send us their briefs in a text/word document. You can choose how you’d like to work with your designers. And if you have a team, they are welcome to send design requests too.
Turnaround Time
Our typical turnaround times range from 1 to 2 business days. However, turnaround times tend to vary based on the clarity of your brief, complexity of the design request, and how fast you can provide feedback. Simple tasks like social media graphics or flyer designs are quick, but complex tasks like website designs can take a few days. You can always ask your project manager for an estimated timeline. We always prioritise quality over speed. So if you have an urgent request just let your project manager know and they’ll do their best to accomodate your request.
Simultanious Tasks
Your designer is human, not a machine, so they can only work on one task at a time. You can send as many design requests as you need to create a queue. Your designer will work on each request in the order of arrival or by the priority you set. You can request your designer to pause an active task and work on a more urgent one whenever you need to switch priorities. When you need more design work done simultaneously, you can always add more designers to your plan.
