You own the copyright of all designs created for you by TenX Edge. After we complete and hand over your design files to you, they’re yours to do whatever you like. We will not be responsible for how and where you use them. We might showcase them on our portfolio, so if you’re not happy with that, let us know.
There are no limitations to the number of design requests you can make. However, your designer is human, not a machine. Therefore, they can only work on one task at a time.
If you have more than one design request in the queue, your designer will work on them one by one until they’re all complete. You can set priorities to tell your designer which one to work on first.
As your business grows and demands more design work done simultaneously, you can easily add more designers to your plan. We are built for scale and flexibility, which puts you in control of your design needs and empowers you to meet your business goals.
It depends on which plan you’re on. On the Standard Plan, only one person is allowed to send design requests. In the Business Plan, you can invite up to five team members. On the Agency Plan, you can invite unlimited team members.
Each member will have their own account from which they can send design requests.
You can decide if you want to allow your team members to see each other’s tickets or only their own.
You sure will! We’ll send you original and editable source files for all finalized and approved designs.
Absolutely! We provide revisions to your designs as many times as you need. Your designer will stop when you’re 100% happy.
Creativity is subjective, so there might be a time when you’ll receive a design you’re not 100% happy with. When that happens, let your project manager know what you don’t like about it, send them a few examples for inspiration, and give them a clear direction regarding what you’re looking for. Your designer will then revise your designs as many times as you need till you’re 100% happy with it.
That’s what we are here for, so you don’t have to touch design software ever again! But we understand that sometimes you may want to tweak your designs yourself. That’s why we always send you the original source files that are fully editable if you want to make changes yourself.
If you do make any changes to the file, please make sure to send it back to your project manager so we always have the latest updated file with us in case you need revisions in the future.
Our typical turnaround times range from 1 to 2 business days. However, turnaround times tend to vary based on the complexity of the design request and the clarity and level of detail of your brief. You can always ask your project manager for an estimated timeline.
There are no set limits. Since your designer is human, not a machine, they can only work on one task at a time. Having said that, you can send us as many design requests as you need to create a queue of requests. Your designer will work on each request in the order of arrival or by the priority you set. You can request your designer to pause an active task and work on a more urgent one whenever you need to switch priorities.

We work from Monday to Friday. We also take a 1-week holiday during the last week of the year as we look forward to celebrating Christmas and New Year with our family and friends.
Getting a full-time designer at this price point is impossible. Therefore, our designers also work with other clients. We want our designers to deliver high-quality design work without rushing through projects. Hence, our well-structured processes and the low client-to-designer ratio ensure designers always deliver exceptional designs in a timely manner.
At TenX Edge, we promote a balanced work/life environment where our designers feel relaxed with only a few design requests they can realistically complete each day. That way, we keep our designers happy, and this is reflected in their creative output.
It’s impossible to find one designer who’s great at everything. Most designers are skilled at print design, while others may be best suited for web design work. That’s why our designers work in Teams of ten (10) and include experts such as Graphic Designer, Branding Specialist, Web Designer, WordPress Expert, Motion Graphic Designer, UI/UX Designer, AI Expert, Illustrator, Video Editor, and Packaging Designer.
When you send us a design request, your dedicated project manager will study your requirements in detail and only then assign your project to a designer skilled for that particular task. Your dedicated project manager is responsible for overseeing the task and ensuring each design is aligned with your brand guidelines and objectives.
If you’re on the Agency plan, our designers will use Premium Stock images on the designs they create for you. Suppose you’re on the Standard or Business plan. In that case, we will always source images from free repositories such as Unsplash, Pexels, etc.
Suppose you do have an account with a repository such as iStock, DepositPhotos, or something similar. In that case, we’ll be happy to look for images on that platform, and you can purchase and download them for us to use after you approve the final version of the design.
Yes, you can! Most of our clients are Design and Marketing Agencies, so of course, we work with multiple brands for each of them on a daily basis.
TenX Edge works on a subscription model, which means when you sign up, you get charged on a monthly basis. You’re never tied to a contract or long-term commitment period.
If you’re having a slow month and need to take a break, you can pause your plan at any time. This way, your account history will remain in our system, and you can re-enable your account whenever you want.
If the service is not working for you, send us a quick email requesting to cancel your subscription, and you won’t get charged for anything else. You can still use the service for the remainder of your billing period.
We currently do not charge any tax, so our pricing does not include it. However, we will let our clients know if and when that changes.
Working with us is absolutely risk-free! All our subscription plans are covered with a 30-day money-back guarantee. This money-back guarantee is only applicable on the first month of your subscription.
This way, you can try our service risk-free. If, for whatever reason, you’re not happy, we’ll refund your first subscription fee in full when you place a refund request before the end of the first 30 days.
If you want to take a break or are having a slow month, let your Project Manager know if you wish to temporarily pause services or if you want to cancel your subscription. They will ensure you are not billed after that month or until you reactivate your subscription.
